Each file consists of 8 tab-separated columns:
- interaction ID (two interacting subunit IDs joined together)
- PDB ID of the complex containing the interaction
- interaction type
- number of contact pairs
- SCOP Family ID of the 1st subunit
- SCOP family ID of the 2nd subunit
- Residue region(s) covering the 1st subunit
- Residue region(s) covering the 2nd subunit
